Port Charlotte, Florida - September, 5 2014 - Quentin Paul Spencer from Port Charlotte, Florida passed away on July 15, 2014. He was a father, brother & son who left behind a 4 year old daughter, Allie Mariah Spencer.

A remembrance fund to cover Final Expenses for Quentin Spencer Age 22 and to assist financially Quentin's Daughter, Allie Mariah Spencer.
